What It Is

The CFP Survey System is a comprehensive, feedback-driven agency self-assessment tool designed to help organizations understand child and family progress and strengthen the systems that support that progress.

The system gathers aligned input from families, employees, and community partners and translates that feedback into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

What's Included

  • Family Survey - family experience, confidence, access to support, and perceived progress
  • Staff Survey - system functioning, leadership and supervision support, feedback practices, and observed progress
  • Community Partner Survey - partnership quality and observed child and family progress

How the Tool Is Developed & Delivered

The CFP Survey System is developed in-house by Child and Family Partners, with consultation from experts in data collection, analysis, and dissemination.

Feedback, Reporting & Use

Each agency receives a synthesis summary highlighting programmatic strengths, areas for refinement, and opportunities for improvement along with feedback summaries for families, staff, and community partners to support transparency and trust.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Qualitative data collection to deepen understanding and validate findings
  • Consultation and training to support interpretation, planning, and implementation

Pricing

  • $2,500 for agencies serving fewer than 200 children
  • $3,500 for agencies serving more than 200 children
  • Optional qualitative add-on: $1,500 (flat rate)
